Although we'd hate for you to do that, you can cancel or modify your order up to 24 hours after placing it for non-rush and non approved custom orders. Unfortunately after 24 hours, your order will have been processed and can no longer be cancelled or modified. At that time you will need to follow our return policy.

For rush orders (orders requesting 2-day or next day delivery), you will not be able to cancel your order once it is placed.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship to locations within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii)and Canada. At this time Grace of Design does not ship outside of North America. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

When will my order ship?
For non-custom products, orders received generally ship the next business day.

What are the shipping costs?
1) For all non-custom stationery orders:
*We offer free ground shipping within the continental USA for all orders of $50.00 and over (before tax).
*For all air and expedited shipping options, shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery zip code provided.
*For all orders up to $50.00, we offer a flat rate of $8.95 for ground shipping within the continental USA.

2) For custom stationery orders such as invitations, menu cards, announcements cards, etc:
Due to the weight of large quantity stationery items, the shipping rate will be calculated either at checkout or after completion at the time of shipping depending on the product.

Unfortunately at this time, we can only deliver to all physical street addresses that have a valid building number, street name, city/town, state, and zip code.

Realized you're not going to be home when the package may arrive? Please contact us directly at info@graceofdesign.com within 24 hours of placing your order to request a ship to change for non-rush orders. After 24 hours it may not be possible to make the correction.

Unfortunately, For rush orders (orders requesting 2-day or next day delivery) we will not be able to change your shipping address.

Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation that will include the tracking number for your order. Just log into your account to review order details including shipping and tracking info.

Returns, Refunds, Discounts, & Promotions

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can request to return the purchase date within 7 days. For more information please visit our Returns page or for complete details visit our full Returns/Refunds page.

Discounts and promotions-
We only allow 1 promotional code per purchase. An exception is for automatic discounts such as a free shipping on orders over $50.00, this will be included in addition to any promotional code you use.

Price adjustments -
If an item goes on sale within 3 days of your purchase we will refund the difference in price less any shipping, rush and or processing fees. After 3 days, we will unfortunately not be able to accommodate a price adjustment.

Price Match -
Unfortunately, we do not offer price matching against other retailers. We're a small operation and have to maintain our pricing to support our business.

Payment Inquiries & Gift Cards

A few answers to your payment questions...

Currently, we only accept payments in USD ($) and CAD.

We accept the following methods of payment -
American Express, Mastercard/Visa, Discover Card, ApplePay, Google Pay, Venmo, Paypal, JCB, ShopPay, FacebookPay, and Diner's Club.

We do not accept personal checks or wire transfers.

If your payment is not being accepted, please double check the following possibilities -
1) make sure your account # is correct and or that it hasn't changed with the receipt of a new card.

2) CVV # - the CVV is located on the back on the right side of signature panel on most credit cards however it is on the top right corner on most American Express cards. Please make sure you have entered the correct CVV #.

3) Make sure that your billing address is correct for the specific credit card that you are trying to use.

Do you offer gift cards?
Of course we do! We offer E-com gift cards in increments of $25.00 up to $250.00 for use on our website. Our gift cards never expire and we do not charge processing or non-usage fees. Grab a few today!

Will a Grace of Design gift card expire?
Our gift cards never expire! Never, ever, ever, ever (in our Andre 3000 voice)

Are there fees associated with a the gift cards?
We do not charge processing or non-usage fees. So the full dollar ($) amount you purchase is all yours to use.
