Shipping & Delivery

Questions about our shipping policy.

Here's what we are doing right now:

We are monitoring all COVID-19 information as it is released. We will make all adjustments to our shipping and receiving policies as required by our local authorities and the office of the CDC. We have always believed in keeping a "clean house," however, we have increased our efforts by using CDC-recommended bleach and water solutions and increasing the frequency of wiping down every surface, package, etc. that is in and or enters into our office. As a general policy and practice, we believe in proper handwashing before and after touching inventory items, packing supplies, etc. We are also sanitizing all new things, packages, etc. that come into our office as recommended by the CDC.

We are currently shipping all orders within 1 - 2 days of receipt. If you have a rush order and or urgent needs please contact us directly for possible assistance. Email confirmations and notifications will be sent for all orders placed, processed, shipped and delivered.

We ship to locations within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time Grace of Design does not ship our merchandise internationally. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

We use UPS and USPS for all domestic shipping, the following shipping services are available: 
- Standard ground for delivery within the USA mainland.
- 2-Day Air for delivery within the USA including Hawaii and Alaska.
- Next Day Air for delivery to select regions within the USA, not including Hawaii and Alaska.

Please note there are usually increased costs for expedited service.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on order size and weight prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered delivery options and their prices.

Unfortunately at this time, we cannot deliver to a PO Box addresses.

You sure can, once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation that will include the tracking number for your order. Just log into your account to review order details including shipping and tracking info.

Returns, Exchanges, & refunds

Questions about our return, exchange, and refund policy.

For stock and non-personalized items: 
We accept returns on merchandise within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. Please log into your account within 30 days of purchase, select the order which contains the item for return and submit the return request. 
After 30 days, unfortunately, we can not accept a return request.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Returns will not be accepted, refunds and or exchanges will not be granted under the following conditions: 
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

For personalized and custom items such as but not limited to invitations and stationery: 
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange or return process. 
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns based on customer error(s), including typos, layout mistakes and or color changes. 
Returns for a refund (full or partial) or exchange will only be accepted under the following circumstances: 
- Spelling errors on stationery made by Grace of Design. 
- Detail errors listed on stationery made by Grace of Design. 
- Incorrect stationery paper quality and or color used by Grace of Design. 
- Incorrect font color and or style used by Grace of Design. 
- Order received late due to delay in shipment by Grace of Design.

We cannot refund shipping, customization and or rush fees if they were applicable to the original order.

If requesting a refund, you must return 100% of the quantity ordered, in the original condition and packaging received. Refunds will not be issued and exchanges will not be granted if full quantity is not returned.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a special gift certificate code will be emailed to you to be used on a future purchase.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and she/he will be notified out about your return.
Sorry we cannot exchange gift cards for their cash values.

If you wish to return your item for an exchange, please follow the returns process for approval. In most cases, an exchange can be arranged quickly. Exceptions for exchanges are the same as returns and or refund requests. Questions or comments please contact us at info@graceofdesign.com

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed promptly, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for all refunds to post to your account. This is standard banking and crediting practices and not due to any delay on the part of Grace of Design.

Unfortunately unless there was an error made by the Grace of Design team in processing and or shipping your order, we will not be able to provide a refund on shipping costs.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept return, refund or exchange requests on sale items. Sale items are specially priced, ending in $0.99.

If you chose not to setup an account with us (we're a bit sad about that) but please check your email, including the spam/junk folder for an order confirmation and or shipping confirmation emails from us. Don't forget to add us to your safe sender aka your friend's email list to make sure your receiving our emails. Still can't find info on your order? Just email us at info@graceofdesign.com and we'll get to the bottom of it for you.

Although we'd hate for you to do that, you can cancel or modify your order up to 24 hours after placing it. Unfortunately after 24 hours, your order will have been processed and can no longer be cancelled. At that time you will need to follow our return policy.

Realized you're not going to be home when the package may arrive? Please contact us directly at info@graceofdesign.com within 24 hours of placing your order to request a ship to change. After 24 hours it may not be possible to make the correction.

Haven't received your order? Have you double checked the tracking # for your shipment? If so and the tracking # says the order was delivered. Please contact us and we will assist in locating the package at info@graceofdesign.com

Please check your email shipping confirmation, the packing list provided with the shipment as well as your customer account to ensure that your order has not be split shipped or back-ordered. If we did not split ship nor backordered your shipment, please contact us at info@graceofdesign.com immediately to rectify this issue.

Oh no, if this has happened, we are sincerely sorry for this HUGE mistake.  please contact us at info@graceofdesign.com immediately to rectify this issue.

Please contact us at info@graceofdesign.com within 14 days of receiving your order, include photos of the packaging and the damaged merchandise to rectify this issue.

If an item goes on sale within 5 days of your purchase we will refund the difference in price less any shipping, rush and or processing fees.

Payments

Info on payment options, currency, etc.

We accept the following methods of payment - American Express, Mastercard/Visa, Discover Card, ApplePay, Google Pay, Venmo, Paypal, JCB, ShopPay and Diner's Club. We do not accept personal checks or wire transfers.

We currently only accept USD ($) payments.

At this time we do not offer gift cards for purchase.

Unfortunately we only allow 1 promotional code per purchase.

If your payment is not being accepted, please double check the following -
1) make sure your account # is correct and or that it hasn't changed with the receipt of a new card.
2) CVV # - the CVV is located on the back on the right side of signature panel on most credit cards however it is on the top right corner on American Express cards.

3) Make sure that your billing address is correct for the specific card that you are trying to use.
